Weekly poetry, #1

Because of my past experiences with writing poems and having inspiration and motivations to go on, I decided, this is the place and moment to start a series, presenting the products of my mind. That is what Weekly Poetry would be about from now on.

There won’t be any special criteria, no artificially agreed boundaries, as in my opinion writing should know no such, just let it flow. No preferences of length, style, theme, topic, just what at the moment wants to come to surface. Purely motivated by natural, momentary inspirations, whatever that is at the moment of writing, whichever day it happens. No artificial forcing, just going with…

This is No. 1.:

The paths of mind

I may be in my deepest dream, or am I awake?

Finding myself in an entrance of a noisy highway.

Sounds and words from all directions, but no cars to fear,

I sense my surroundings and suddenly realize

I am awake, my thoughts are on the way.

Just pass, whichever lane calls you stronger,

It is safe, it’s your world’s way.

Don’t feel a stranger, nothing to bother,

They are the pathways to journeys

With no limit, no border.
