Best web hosting? The Top 10

It doesn’t matter what’s your freelance profile: writer, SEO-wizard (or hazard, depends), or greatest and most soothing voice over ever walked on Earth. Everyone needs web presence! I’m not thinking about a social media profile only, it’s not just about a Google Plus or Facebook Page. I’m talking about a good looking, modern, responsive website, with an up-to-date blog if it’s possible.

Of course, if it isn’t yet in the budget, a free option of is an option, you can start something nice out of such. It has lots of nice themes for free, tremendous helpful support service. But there comes the moment when it just won’t cut. You need full control, more plugins, and freedom. Why? Because this virtual place must be your own entirely, just like your physical hosting image

And if an own place, it must be online all the time, should load as fast as possible. It must be hosted well. There are’s Premium and Business tiers, OR? There is the extremely popular HostGator. Why? Because it’s also big (aka, resources worldwide), because I already knew their established name, reliable, and because Hosting Facts said so as well. HostGator WordPress Cloud Hosting is compared with tens of other services and the wonderful folks at Hosting Facts ranked them in Best Web Hosting Services in 2017 article. With all the information we ever need! They compared 30(!) services over a period of more than two years. Good enough, right?!

HostGator’s 99.99% uptime is obviously a good first reason, which comes paired with a top 3 in speed, and all the tools we might hope. With a starting price of $3.95 for the first month (exclusive yearly fee of SSL and privacy of owner details), then $14.95 a month. Unmetered storage, anti-malware, global CDN…if you needed more reasons. I just wouldn’t list everything you get with.

But hey, let’s not forget about the other players, they are also in the Top 10 that matters:

  1. SiteGround
  2. A2 Hosting
  3. InMotion
  4. Bluehost
  5. A Small Orange (seriously, that name!)
  6. Site5 Hosting
  7. GreenGeeks
  8. HostPapa
  9. DreamHost

I don’t see any reason to go below the tenth, those probably won’t suffice anyway. Even in the Top 10 there is such as concerning load time data. But you find one which is the best with WordPress stuffs, other specialized in business cases, another one again best for blogs. There is a right one for all of us.
